Our Operations The Legal Unit is responsible for, among other things, providing legal support to the agency's operations and handling certain cross-agency processes. The agency is currently strengthening its team with a qualified administrator whose main task is to provide support and independently handle certain matters in the agency's whistleblower function. Your Work Tasks As an administrator in the legal unit, you provide qualified administrative support in legal processes within the unit. The work involves close collaboration with lawyers, managers, and other functions within the agency. You will have primary responsibility for managing the agency's whistleblower cases and responsibility for coordinating these appropriately within the organization with legal support from staff lawyers. The work requires high standards of accuracy and the ability to handle sensitive information. Your work tasks include: administer and handle incoming and ongoing whistleblower cases provide administrative support in legal matters and administer the handling (including registration and archiving) of these cases draft and quality assure documents follow up on case flows and deadlines coordinate meetings, notices, and distributions compile materials for the agency's management assist the legal unit with other administrative tasks Your Background We are looking for someone who has: Upper secondary school diploma At least 3 years of current experience with qualified administrative work Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written Very good experience working with various IT systems, including the Office package It is advantageous if you have: Post-secondary education in law, public administration, political science, or equivalent as deemed relevant by the employer Experience with similar qualified administrative work in a government agency Experience with case management and registration Experience with whistleblower cases, labor law processes, public access to information and confidentiality, and data protection Good knowledge of the Medical Products Agency's mission, organization, and areas of operation Your Personal Qualities The work places great demands on high integrity and good judgment in weighing and prioritizing matters, as well as accuracy and attention to detail. Furthermore, the work tasks require good social and pedagogical skills and the ability to work both independently and together with others.
