Job Responsibilities The position involves qualified administration for a unit manager within home care services. The placement is currently in the home care service in the Eastern area. As administrator to the unit manager, you will assist the manager with qualitative documentation, analyses, administrative tasks, and handle staffing issues and planning of home care services. You will work closely with both managers and other administrators and employees. Qualifications You express yourself well both verbally and in writing, are flexible with the ability to see the big picture. It is important that you can juggle many tasks and prioritize what is best for the operations. You are positive, responsible, and work in a structured, thorough, and efficient manner. The tasks require that you are a reliable and stable person with good collaboration skills and experience working independently. Experience with similar planning work, preferably within home care or other staffing operations, is an advantage. A driver's license and computer skills with good knowledge of relevant systems, such as Heroma and TES, are seen as an advantage. Prior experience with administrative matters is a requirement. Relevant education or competence that the employer considers equivalent. Other Information Permanent employment with start date by agreement.
