We are looking for a careful, positive, and flexible person who thrives in both the library environment and in the office, who can alternate between administrative work primarily within the personnel area and outward-facing work with library visitors. Responsibilities As an administrator focusing on personnel matters, you handle schedules, leave, and certain other administrative tasks. You also have the role of data protection coordinator and support the department with GDPR matters. Part of the position involves staffing the lending desk at the city library and assisting visitors with various matters. Evening and weekend duties according to schedule. The position is located at the cultural department's office adjacent to the city library in Gummifabriken. Qualifications We are looking for someone with knowledge, experience, and preferably education in administration. Good computer skills are a requirement, as you will work extensively in the municipality's HR system. You have good Swedish language skills in both spoken and written form. You do not need to have any experience working in a library or cultural setting, but you should have an interest in the field. As a person, you are careful and well-organized, while you enjoy thinking innovatively, have a good demeanor, and work well with others. Since we are a small department where we often need to step in and help each other outside our own role, this position also requires flexibility.
