Administrator with IT and Technical Competence

Responsibilities As an Administrator with IT and Technical Competence, you will work with a combination of administrative, technical, and digital tasks. Your responsibilities include: Administrative Tasks - Customer contact via phone and email - Booking and scheduling - Invoicing and document management - Registry and order administration - Material ordering and inventory management IT Support - IT support for company users - Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment - Software installation and updates - Troubleshooting and problem-solving of hardware and software - Management and updates of the company's website Marketing and Design - Production of advertisements, brochures, and marketing materials - Graphic design and image editing - Management of the company's social media - Support in technical projects and other administrative tasks Qualifications We are looking for someone with: - At least 2 years of experience in administrative work - Very strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams) - Very strong computer skills and experience with Windows operating systems - Good knowledge of IT support and user support - Good ability to install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment - Good ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in both hardware and software - Basic knowledge of networks, internet, and IT security - Experience in graphic design and image editing - Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent design software - Experience creating advertisements, brochures, marketing materials, and digital content - Experience managing company social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) - Experience with WordPress or other CMS is a merit - Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar is a merit - Experience with vehicle electronics, installation of technical equipment in vehicles, taximeter systems, GPS equipment, or breathalyzers is strongly meriting - Technical understanding and strong interest in electronics and IT - Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility - High service mindset and good collaboration skills - Ability to work independently and take own initiative - Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written - B driver's license is required We Offer - A varied and developmental position combining administration, IT, and technology - Work in a stable company with over 20 years of industry experience - Internal training and opportunity to learn the company's technical systems and work methods - Opportunity for personal and professional development - Great opportunity to take responsibility and influence your work - Pleasant colleagues and a good work environment - Full-time employment with competitive employment terms Employment Form Full-time Trial employment for 6 months with possibility of permanent employment Location Sundbyberg, Stockholm We look forward to welcoming an engaged team member who wants to develop with us.
