To continue developing our operations, we are now looking for an Administrator with an interest in finance to join our team in Falun. About the Role In your role as an administrator, you will have a central function in our operations where you work with both administrative and finance-related tasks. You will have many contact points and work closely with colleagues, customers, and transporters in a business where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities may include: Invoicing and handling of customer documents Coding and verification of supplier invoices Following up and administrative reconciliations Handling documentation and registration in business systems Contact with customers, suppliers, and transporters Support to operations in various administrative processes Participation in improvement and development work Your Profile/Qualifications We are looking for you who thrive in a role where structure, service, and responsibility go hand in hand. You are thorough, solution-oriented, and have the ability to plan and prioritize your work. At the same time, you appreciate collaboration with others and contribute with positive energy to the team. We believe you have: Experience in administration related to finance High school education with a focus on business/economics Good computer skills and an ease for learning new systems Strong knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Interest in numbers, finance, and administrative processes It is advantageous if you have experience in invoicing, reconciliations, or work in the transport, logistics, or service industry.
