We are now seeking an Administrator for our Industrial Division and our quarry in Hovgården, Uppsala. Your Assignment as Administrator As an administrator, you will be based at the Hovgården quarry and will work with the intake and processing of various types of materials, such as ballast, asphalt, and reclaimed asphalt. You will handle documentation of materials coming to our landfill facility in Uppsala as well as recycling in the region. You will also answer and handle incoming calls regarding sales and inquiries. You will serve as a face toward our own employees, customers, and suppliers. In the longer term, the role may develop, which means additional tasks may be added. Your primary work tools are a computer and telephone. The position is based in Uppsala with working hours from 06:00 to 15:30 (06:00 to 13:00 on Fridays). Business travel may occur. This is a permanent position that begins with a 6-month probationary period. Who Are You? You enjoy working with administrative tasks and with people—that is the most important thing! To succeed in this role, you have experience in administrative work, strong computer skills, and good knowledge of the Office suite. Furthermore, a Class B driver's license is required, as well as good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form. We expect you to be a helpful, unpretentious, and social person who is responsible and efficient in your professional role. Your service mindset is ingrained, and you approach challenges in a solution-oriented manner. You relieve your colleagues of work tasks and are a helping hand where needed. It is a merit if you have worked in systems with customer service elements and are experienced in managing multiple tasks in parallel, as well as having experience in the intake and processing of various types of materials—for example, ballast, asphalt, or similar.
