Administrator, Work Supervisor

As an administrator/work supervisor, you will have a central role in the company. You will have daily contact with customers, colleagues, and suppliers and be responsible for ensuring that daily administration runs smoothly. You will work with work scheduling and book service technicians for customer visits with the goal of finding the best solution for both the customer and the technician. The role includes customer reception, complaint handling, phone duties, invoicing, ordering spare parts, and work scheduling. The tasks involve working in several different systems and updating information. You will work at our office in Umeå together with the CEO and Service Manager.
