Description Do you like to plan, structure, and administer? Do you find it satisfying to provide good service to others, such as colleagues, partners, and participants? Vilhelmina Learning Center and Employment Services are seeking a qualified administrator—a key administrative function in our operations. In this role, you will manage many internal and external processes, often serving as the first point of contact for education and college services with extensive contacts and a broad area of responsibility. As a qualified administrator, you will be part of the management team. Duties You will work with qualified administration and service for participants in adult education and employment services. The work is varied, involving registration, documentation, and other administrative tasks alongside external-facing work with conversations and service to participants, colleagues, employers, authorities, and organizations. Qualifications Post-secondary education with a focus on administration or other relevant education for the position. You need to have strong planning and organizational abilities. You are efficient, preferably choose to work entirely digitally, and have a pronounced ability to build good relationships. Terms 100% permanent position. A 6-month trial period applies.
