Administrator for the Work and Welfare Administration, temporary position
Do you want a central and varied role where you work with administrative tasks including procurement and finance, system administration, and case management? Are you a structured and service-oriented person who enjoys supporting operations and developing efficient work methods? Then you might be the one we're looking for!
About the Position
As an administrator, you are an important support function within the Work and Welfare Administration. You work closely with managers and operations within social services, employment activities, and adult education.
In this role, you work independently within administrative processes and provide support on administrative, financial, and system-related matters. At the same time, you contribute to developing routines, efficiency, and digital work methods across the entire administration.
The position is located in the administration's staff, involves working from different workplaces, and entails many contact points both internally and externally.
Your Work Tasks
The work tasks are broad and varied and include, among other things:
Work with procurement, invoice processing, and other finance-related administrative tasks
Support to operations in dispatch, mail and document handling, and archive management
System administration and management tasks within the operations' various system support
Other administrative support to managers and operations, which may include reception work.
We are Looking for You Who Have
Post-secondary education in administration, finance, public administration, social work, education, or another relevant field.
Experience with qualified administrative work.
Very good computer skills, good knowledge of the Office package, and ease in adopting digital systems.
Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing.
It is Meritorious If You Have
Experience with business systems within social services or education.
Experience working with public access and confidentiality, document handling, or archive issues.
