JOB DUTIES
Your work tasks will include:
• Administrative handling and coordination
• Support in financial processes, such as invoice handling and follow-up
• Prepare reports, statistics, and documentation
• Develop and streamline administrative processes
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement ideas into new working methods
• Contribute to the smart and value-creating use of AI and digital tools
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
• Has post-secondary education in administration, public administration, economics, or other education we consider equivalent
• Has excellent digital skills and finds it easy to learn new systems
• Is curious about AI and wants to use new technology to simplify and improve work
• Is organized, self-motivated, and takes own initiatives
• Enjoys working both independently and with others
• Has an interest in processes and enjoys creating order, quality, and development
