About the Role As a materials handler, you will become an important part of the logistics department and work to ensure efficient material and logistics flows. The role involves varied work where you are responsible for kit packing and customer packing for further distribution to customers, as well as contributing to maintaining high quality and delivery reliability. You will work closely with colleagues in logistics and warehouse and actively contribute to improvement initiatives and process development. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: Perform kit packing and customer packing according to applicable instructions and procedures Manage material and logistics flows in daily operations Contribute to efficient and reliable warehouse, order, and delivery processes Ensure compliance with processes, procedures, and quality requirements Follow up on relevant key metrics such as inventory accuracy and delivery precision Participate in or conduct investigations of discrepancies and root cause analyses Assist with implementation and follow-up of corrective measures Contribute to the development and improvement of work methods and processes Work in accordance with applicable safety regulations and occupational health procedures Identify risks and contribute to improvements in occupational health and safety You will be hired as a consultant through Adecco. The assignment is expected to start in August and run until March 2027, with the possibility of extension. What We're Looking For You have several years of experience in warehouse, logistics, and/or materials handling, or alternatively experience as a process operator working with manual manufacturing processes You speak and write Swedish and English fluently You have good system skills and experience with business systems, such as Dynamics or similar You have a structured and quality-conscious approach to work You are solution-oriented and have good analytical skills You take initiative and drive work forward in an independent manner You enjoy collaborating and communicating with different functions You are an unpretentious team player who contributes to a positive work environment Meritorious Experience with process improvements and change management Experience with discrepancy management (NC/BI) Experience in tracking and analyzing key metrics within logistics or warehouse Contact Information If you have any questions about the position, please feel free to contact the responsible recruiter: Amila Dresevic at 073 684 78 61.
