About the Assignment
Adecco's client Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking two process operators for Stans & Direct Flow in Uppsala. You will become an important part of production and work closely with the regular operators to ensure an efficient production flow.
As a process operator, you will primarily work as a batch operator where you are responsible for restocking materials, supporting the operating operators, and assisting with various practical tasks around production. The work involves a fast pace and requires you to be comfortable being in motion for most of the workday.
Your tasks will include:
Restocking materials in production
Supporting operating operators in daily tasks
Fetching and transporting materials
Contributing to smooth production flow
Performing practical tasks in and around production
The work is physically demanding and involves some lifting and considerable movement throughout the workday.
This is a consultant position through Adecco starting around week 35. The assignment initially runs through the end of October, with the possibility of extension. The work is conducted in 2-shift.
About You
We are looking for someone who is positive, engaged, and enjoys practical work. Previous experience in industry or production is advantageous but not required. We would like to see that you are at the beginning of your career, looking for your first job, or want to try a new industry.
