Here you'll combine technical work with homologation and regulatory analysis. About the Role You'll work with ADAS functions and their path to European market approval. The role sits at the intersection of technology, safety, and regulations. You'll contribute to both functional development and regulatory compliance. What You'll Do Interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into clear technical requirements. Support design and further development of ADAS functions throughout the product lifecycle. Review verification and validation strategies as well as KPIs. Drive and support homologation, including technical documentation and test support. Monitor developments in relevant EU and UNECE regulations. We're Looking for Someone With 3–5 years of experience with ADAS or automated driving systems. Strong knowledge of Euro NCAP and relevant ADAS regulations. Experience with homologation processes and contact with approval authorities. Knowledge of ISO 26262, ISO 21448, and safety work. Swedish driver's license and ability to travel periodically.
