We are now looking for new skilled team players to join our team, which currently consists of approximately 15 assemblers/team leads and 12 office staff. In addition to this, we have around 50-60 subcontractors on a daily basis.
The Role
In your role as team lead, the work will be varied, mostly outdoors, and primarily involving weekly commuting in southern Sweden (Malmö to Stockholm, with our strongest market around Småland and Östergötland.)
You will lead a team of assemblers either independently or together with other team leads. You report to the project manager, who will be your direct manager. Otherwise, you will maintain close contact with the HR manager, staff, and management. You will become part of our team where we work together to develop leadership, the company, and future visions.
We would prefer that you live in Småland or Östergötland, as we value the personal contact and community that can only be created through physical meetings. However, applicants from other areas are also of interest if you have the right competence and experience. If you lack experience from the industry, you will need to work as an assembler for a certain period until you are ready to lead the group.
The role as team lead includes, among other things:
Leadership Role:
Lead by example
Bear responsibility for your work team, ensuring the work is completed correctly
Handle work distribution, planning, and structuring at the assembly site
Responsible for Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety on site
Manage project documentation and log books as needed
Plan lifts, cranes, and other equipment during ongoing projects together with the project manager
Reflect on and plan the group's work with clear goals based on conditions, expectations, and overall objectives, communicate this to your work team and your project manager
Trades Work in Construction, Contracting, and Assembly:
Erection of steel frames, wooden frames, and various steel constructions
Rough and fine sheet metal work
Various concrete work
Roof laying (TRP)
Various rough carpentry
Window and door installation
Cleaning and housekeeping at the work site
