Account Manager

Do you want to work in IT sales and help Swedish companies find the right development expertise? Techknight AB is seeking two driven Account Managers who want to help us build our sales team in systems development and IT staffing. We offer companies customized systems development, mobile apps, AI solutions, web platforms, and the opportunity to hire dedicated full-stack developers through our development teams. In this role, you will be responsible for creating new business opportunities by contacting companies throughout Sweden, identifying their needs, and presenting our solutions. You work long-term to build customer relationships and follow the customer from first contact through completed deal. Responsibilities Contact companies via phone, email, and LinkedIn Identify customer needs in systems development and IT Schedule and conduct digital customer meetings Present Techknight's services Prepare quotes together with our development team Build long-term customer relationships Own the entire sales process Document work in CRM Collaborate closely with our developers and project managers We're Looking for You If You Have experience in B2B sales Are results-driven and self-motivated Have an easy time building trust Are communicative in both speech and writing Comfortable using the phone as a work tool Are solution-oriented Have good computer skills It's a plus if you have previously worked with: IT sales Consultant sales Staffing SaaS CRM systems We Offer Fixed salary Generous commission model with no cap Hybrid work Great opportunities for development Modern CRM and sales tools Onboarding and training Opportunity to influence company growth About Techknight Techknight AB develops modern digital solutions for companies.
