Acceptance Test Manager – Public Healthcare Operations

We are seeking an acceptance test manager for a public healthcare organization in Stockholm. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing acceptance testing (UAT) when new IT systems are introduced and existing ones are further developed. The role bridges the operations, internal IT, and external vendors, and you will ensure that the solution meets operational requirements, regulatory requirements, and information security and data protection standards before going live. Quick Facts Start: August 24, 2026 Scope: Full-time, 100% Location: Stockholm, on-site at the client Employment Type: Subcontractor via Lynqa; we handle contracts and invoicing Assignment Length: Until August 23, 2027, with option to extend 2 × 6 months Application Deadline: August 5, 2026 Your Responsibilities Plan and lead acceptance testing within projects and operations Develop and maintain risk-based test strategy and acceptance test plan Ensure traceability between requirements and test cases Coordinate operational representatives, test resources, and external vendors Ensure access to correct and anonymized test data Track and prioritize defects before go-live, and prepare decision-making materials for go/no-go Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience as a test manager, of which at least 3 years as an acceptance test manager within the past 5 years Primary acceptance test manager responsibility in at least 4 completed assignments involving complex operational systems Experience leading acceptance testing spanning multiple operational areas, multiple integrations, and multiple vendors Experience developing test strategy and test plan, coordinating execution, and providing recommendations for production deployment Experience with ReqTest, where you have set up test structure and dashboards yourself Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written Two reference assignments as acceptance test manager, both with ReqTest, at least one in the public sector and at least one in a complex organization, each at least 6 consecutive months and completed within the past 3 years Meritorious Experience from healthcare or health IT, such as patient record systems, e-health services, or patient data under GDPR Test management in large programs or projects, as well as vendor management Technical testing, test automation, API testing, test data management (TDM), and test environments Azure DevOps, requirements management, change management related to testing, Test Governance, and methodology development Application Send your CV to [email protected] by August 5, 2026.
