Subscription Sales Representative

Do you want to develop within sales while working with a product that is relevant to many households? Brilliant Values is now seeking a subscription sales representative for our office in Uppsala. In this role, you will contact customers by phone and help them review their electricity contracts, with the goal of offering better terms, clearer arrangements, and a solution that fits their needs. You don't need to have previous sales experience. The most important thing is that you are social, quick-thinking, positive, and have the willingness to learn. We provide you with on-site training, clear work methods, and ongoing coaching so that you can develop in the role. About the Position As an inside sales representative at Brilliant Values, you represent our clients in industries such as energy. We have over 12 years of experience in subscription sales and extensive experience working with customer dialogue over the phone. You work primarily with the phone as your tool and will learn how professional sales works in practice — from first contact to closing. We Are Looking for You If You Speak and write English fluently Are social, curious, and comfortable talking with new people Have energy, drive, and the desire to develop Are positive, solution-oriented, and enjoy working toward goals Can take feedback and want to improve over time Previous sales experience is a merit but not required.
