Personal Assistant for 9-Year-Old Girl

Alma Assistans is a dedicated company that works in collaboration with clients to create personalized assistance services. We work closely with our clients and understand that strong relationships are key to effective assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our head office in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Göteborg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö. We are now seeking hourly substitute staff as needed for a 9-year-old girl. We want someone who is conscientious, reliable, and has their heart in the right place. It is an asset if you have experience as a personal assistant or in healthcare, but it is not a requirement. We particularly welcome someone with experience working with children. What matters most is that you are a good fit with the client and can handle the tasks that need to be performed. Personal suitability is weighted heavily. We especially welcome female assistants. You should have these qualities: * Are a calm and secure person with personal drive. * Can see and take responsibility for what needs to be done. * Have a great ability to understand someone else's situation and perspective. * Important: you have experience working with children * You should be experienced and a quick learner Work shifts are primarily scheduled 07:00-16:00 or 14:45-21:00. Shifts are scheduled during even weeks only. We are seeking hourly substitute staff. The girl is severely multiply disabled and cannot move on her own at all. She cannot sit, stand, or hold up her head independently. She is also blind. She needs help with everything. As an assistant, you must always remember that you are her hands, feet, and eyes. The girl receives nutrition and medication via feeding tube. She also has epilepsy. Selection and recruitment will take place on a rolling basis during the posting period.
