Do you want to work sustainably and systematically in a state-of-the-art factory with a high-tech production process? Do you also have solid experience in the role of technician, or are you early in your career with a desire to develop? Then you might be who we're looking for! Work Tasks Work as a line technician means you are the first point of contact for production in case of downtime. You are responsible for addressing disruptions and coordinating resources for larger technical problems on the lines in consultation with the shift manager. The role also includes training staff on technical matters. Working hours are scheduled during daytime. Responsibilities and Work Tasks · Actively participate in improvement work and identify shortcomings within process sections that prevent the operation from reaching set production targets. · Continuously monitor the technical status of equipment and actively prevent emerging issues. · Conduct technical skills development on the lines. · Manage troubleshooting and unplanned maintenance during downtime. Ensure communication with internal resources necessary for the task. · Manage and perform assigned planned maintenance activities on process section equipment in accordance with applicable maintenance procedures. About You We see that you are good at collaborating and communicating with others, are engaged, take responsibility, and have a structured way of working. You have good technical understanding and problem-solving ability. Experience in training is a merit. Qualifications/Requirements: · Completed upper secondary education · Completed technical education or at least 1 year of work experience in areas such as industrial assembly or operations technician · Very good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written · Computer skills Desirable Knowledge: · Knowledge of LEAN production · Troubleshooting training in mechanics/electronics · GMP knowledge About the Position The position is a fixed-term employment on probation that after 6 months transitions to permanent employment by agreement between the parties.
