We are now seeking a personal assistant at 75% for an exciting new assignment in Karlsborg Municipality. About the Role As a personal assistant, you will work in a home environment where you assist with various tasks to make daily life easier for our customer. Qualifications To thrive in this role, we would like you to have the following qualifications: Mandatory Requirements: Driver's License Category B – you need to be comfortable driving different passenger cars. Flexibility and ability to work independently. Desirable Qualifications: Experience in care or assistance is an advantage but not a requirement. Duties As a personal assistant, you will perform a variety of work tasks, which include but are not limited to: Simple household chores, such as cleaning and cooking. Light gardening work. Personal care, including assistance with hygiene, dressing, and getting up. We are looking for someone who can contribute to a safe and respectful environment, where commitment and responsibility are crucial. Salary: Fixed hourly wage by agreement. Other compensation according to collective agreement. Working Hours: 24-hour shifts from 4:00 PM to 4:00 PM the next day with 6 hours standby time at night. Work is performed according to a rotating schedule with 24-hour shifts, which means you will have approximately 7 work shifts/month. Start Date: Immediately! Terms of Employment: 75% position for the duration of the assistance assignment. Working with Elderly or Adults with Disabilities Work in the homes of elderly persons or adults with disabilities is subject to record checks according to the Act (2026:43) on record checks for work in homes for elderly persons or adults with disabilities. The law is effective as of March 1, 2026. Under the law, we as a company have a policy of requesting extracts from the criminal records register in connection with new employment.
