Production Line Worker in Bakery and Food Production Work Area: Gluten-free bakery and food production Employment Type: Fixed-term contract Start Date: Immediate About the Job Sanus Glutenfri AB is seeking a dedicated and meticulous production line worker to join our team at our new facility in Marieholm. We are looking for someone with experience in industrial food production, line work, and packaging. The work is conducted periodically at a fast pace, involves heavy lifting, and includes various tasks in manufacturing, packaging, labeling, inventory control, and documentation. It is a plus if you have previously worked in an operation that follows GMP, HACCP, ISO, or other quality-assured procedures. Responsibilities Your tasks will include: Prepare, weigh, and mix ingredients according to established recipes. Work at various stations along the production line. Operate and monitor industrial ovens, machinery, and other production equipment. Shape, bake, and handle various types of gluten-free bakery products. Package finished products according to established instructions and quality standards. Inspect packaging, seals, and product quality. Label products and cartons with correct product information, dates, and batch numbers. Verify that labeling and packaging materials match the current product. Conduct and document self-inspections. Record production tasks and report deviations. Conduct inventory checks and count raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables. Notify production management when raw materials or consumables need to be ordered. Ensure that production areas, machinery, and work tools are kept clean and organized according to company hygiene and GMP procedures. Participate in production planning and contribute to a safe and efficient production process. Qualifications We are looking for someone with: Previous experience in production line work in bakery, food production, or other industrial manufacturing. Experience with packaging and handling finished products. Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining quality, hygiene, and safety. Ability to carefully follow recipes, work instructions, and established procedures. Basic understanding of food hygiene and safe food handling. Good ability to measure, weigh, and control ingredients and products. Ability to document completed work and perform simple administrative tasks. Ability to read and understand instructions and communicate in Swedish and English. Good teamwork skills and a responsible work approach. Desirable Experience It is a plus if you have experience with: Gluten-free food production or gluten-free baking. Industrial production lines, ovens, and packaging machinery. Self-inspections, production logs, and deviation reporting. Inventory control and counting of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables. Product labeling, date marking, and batch management. Traceability work in food production. GMP, HACCP, IFS, ISO, or similar quality and food safety systems.
