I am now looking for an assistant who wants to work as my personal assistant approximately 12 hours/week. About the Work As my personal assistant, you help me with my daily activities that I cannot manage myself due to my disability. Your tasks may include: Help with meals Personal hygiene Mobility assistance Medication management Training and communication training Accompanying me on activities and outings Helping to plan and structure my day I use a wheelchair and have a brain injury. I have no spoken language but communicate in several different ways, including body language, sign language as support, and pictures. Therefore, it is important that you are curious and willing to learn my way of communicating so that we can understand each other in the best way. My interests include walks, music, and my animals. The home has several pets, so you need to be comfortable with that. Since we will be spending a lot of time together, it is important that we click personally. Working Hours I have assistance around the clock, but you will primarily work evenings according to schedule approximately 15:00–21:00. However, there may also be some daytime shifts as well as a weekend shift or two.
