As a personal assistant, you will play a crucial role in her daily life and contribute to creating a secure and meaningful existence. About the Role In your role as a personal assistant, you will work 50% to support a young woman in her daily life. This means that you will be an important part of her routines and activities, and help with both practical and social tasks. You will have the opportunity to get to know her and adapt your support to her unique needs and wishes. We are looking for someone who is flexible and willing to work varying schedules, including mornings, afternoons, and possibly weekends. Job Responsibilities Your tasks will be varied and adapted to the customer's needs. You will: Support the customer in daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation. Assist with transportation and accompany activities outside the home, such as meeting friends and participating in leisure activities. Provide medical assistance when needed, including managing the customer's epilepsy with knowledge and care. Create a safe and positive environment that encourages participation and independence. Qualifications To thrive and succeed in this role, the following qualifications are required: You must be knowledgeable about horses, as the customer has a strong interest in horses and activities related to this. Experience working with people with epilepsy is a requirement to ensure that proper support can be provided when needed. You should not be allergic to fur animals. It is a merit if you have previous experience in personal assistance or similar care roles, but it is not a requirement.
