We are seeking an operations expert for the Economics and Operations Management Unit in Sundbyberg, Norrköping or Gothenburg. Unit Mission
At the Economics and Operations Management Unit, approximately 20 experts work with forecasting, planning, management and monitoring of finances and operations. The unit is responsible for several agency-wide processes, such as forecasting, operations planning, budget allocation, budget documentation and annual reports.
We work in teams and based on shared values. This includes sharing knowledge and seeking collaborations within and outside the unit. We value an interest in both finances and operations as we solve many work tasks together. Together, we create value for the agency throughout the chain from planning and forecasting to monitoring and annual reporting.
What does an operations expert do?
You will be part of the agency's overall annual cycle for planning and monitoring. You will help develop decision-making documents, proposals and recommendations that strengthen operations management and goal achievement.
You contribute strategic analyses that are based on new legislation, changes in our external environment, financial conditions and/or monitoring of operations. The analyses often take place in collaboration with other competencies and are of an overarching nature.
The Economics and Operations Management Unit has a broad mandate where you are expected to contribute to multiple processes and work tasks based on need and opportunity.

We are looking for a person who finds it easy to adapt to new conditions and assignments. You are unpretentious, structured and find it interesting to work with improvements and new solutions. You are a quality-conscious person with good overall perspective who does not get caught up in details but can maintain a comprehensive view. You should also feel comfortable working under time pressure during certain periods and delivering documentation with short deadlines.
You have good ability to listen and communicate with others and it is natural for you to communicate complex issues in a simple and easily understandable way. You work well with other people and value collaboration highly. You take responsibility for your area as well as the unit's and can independently evaluate and prioritize what creates value for the agency.
