Personal Assistants Needed for an Active and Cheerful Young Woman - Dalsjöfors I am an active 27-year-old woman who loves animals, music, creative pursuits, reading, cooking, and exercising. Your workplace will mostly be at the stable, at my jobs, or at home. I ride several times a week and care for my cats every day. I also enjoy taking walks in the forest. I visit family and friends often and spend a lot of time with my sister. Therefore, you cannot have allergies and need to be in good physical condition with no personal physical injuries. A driver's license is a plus! You are good at staying in the background and providing service so that I can live my life. Your working hours vary, with every other weekend and 5-6 on-call shifts/month. When I ride, two assistants work. The team consists of people of various ages, genders, and ethnic backgrounds. I expect you to be very flexible and solution-oriented and to collaborate with your colleagues to cover absences in the schedule. We have a collective agreement and wellness benefits. Personal Qualities: We are looking for someone who is empathetic, attentive, and able to create a safe and trusting relationship with the client. You are thorough and reliable, able to work independently and take initiative when needed. It is important that you are compliant and respectful of the client's privacy and wishes. You have no problems with your shoulders or back as some heavy lifting occurs in this work.
