I am looking for 2 personal assistants who can help make my everyday life shine.
I am a 24-year-old man who, after an accident, is paralyzed and use a wheelchair. I live in a house in Västerås.
I am looking for someone who has a genuine interest in helping others, is active, positive, thorough, and an independent personal assistant who can handle the adjustments needed to work in my home.
In your role as my personal assistant, you will mainly help me with personal hygiene, so you need to be comfortable performing certain care tasks. Daily chores such as cooking and other household tasks. Assist me when I go out for various activities in our community. I need your help with everything in my daily life.
Before my injury, I lived an active life and want to continue with those activities. My greatest interest has always been motocross, and before the accident, I competed and spent many hours in my free time on motocross. So my dream is to be able to resume that interest, so it would be great if you enjoy working on engines. I would describe myself as a happy and positive guy with lots of energy, living an active life with many new ideas and interests. I enjoy training, playing video games, working on my car, and fixing things at home.
I use a wheelchair and need help with personal care, transfers, and generally being there when I need assistance.
It is a plus if you have worked in personal assistance before, but the most important thing is that we get along with each other. Therefore, personal chemistry weighs more heavily.
Work hours and employment rate: Day, evening, and night shifts. At night, I have been granted standby time, which means you should be nearby and help me when needed. The position is approximately 75%
Salary: Fixed hourly rate by agreement. Other compensation according to collective agreement.
Start date: Immediate

For this position, you must have:
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Have a B driver's license for manual transmission—this is a requirement!
