The role involves answering incoming phone calls, managing tickets in our case management system, and providing some internal support. You'll work through multiple channels including phone, Teams, email, and in-person contact at our office. We handle various applications and systems, ranging from pure IT systems to different workshop, vehicle sales, and accounting applications. Who Are You? You're a social, responsible, and technically skilled person who thrives in a role where communication and problem-solving go hand in hand. You work in a structured manner and can maintain a fast pace without losing focus or quality, even during high-pressure periods. We'd love to see prior experience from the automotive industry, such as in service, car sales, or working with accounting applications, or equivalent understanding of the industry's processes and systems. You're comfortable juggling multiple tickets simultaneously and prioritizing effectively. Documenting your work, writing clear knowledge articles, and contributing to shared knowledge development are natural parts of your approach. You're also comfortable with basic troubleshooting in various applications and curious about understanding how systems work. We value team players who contribute improvement suggestions, share solution ideas, and aren't afraid to independently seek answers to questions.
