YOUR ASSIGNMENT The position is divided between 50% Senior Social Case Worker and 50% Case Handler. As a Senior Social Case Worker, you have a management role where you lead and distribute the operational work of the unit. You contribute to ensuring that operations are conducted with legal certainty, cost-efficiency, and in accordance with political decisions and established goals. In daily work, you serve as a support to social case workers on matters concerning preliminary assessments, safety assessments, and prioritizations. You actively work with operational development, quality assurance, and competency development at both individual and group levels. Through environmental scanning, you stay updated on legislation and changes in the field and serve as a support in implementing guidelines and goals in practice. As a Case Handler, you are responsible for investigating, assessing, and making decisions regarding financial assistance or support services for adults in various life situations. Your primary focus will be in one of the areas, but since the operation works closely together, we see collaboration and flexibility as important aspects of the assignment. This gives you the opportunity to develop broad competence and contribute to a holistic view of the individual's needs. With us, there is good community spirit where we share knowledge, experiences, and responsibility. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are educated as a social worker. You have experience with government authority work and good knowledge of current legislation, especially the Social Services Act. It is meritorious to have experience with government authority work within adult services. You also have good computer skills. A B-class driver's license is required.
