The ICU has approximately 90 employees within the professions of nurse and nursing assistant. The ICU is part of the OpAnIVA clinic, which has over 350 employees. We care for patients from all clinics, both children and adults. We are looking for a head of first line who wants to take on an exciting task in shared leadership. Together, you will have the opportunity to lead, develop and create engagement in an operation where collaboration and dialogue are the keys to success. As head of first line, you, together with your two management colleagues, are the closest manager for approximately 90 employees. You have overall responsibility for personnel, working environment and finances and report directly to the operations manager. You are part of the OpAnIVA clinic's management group where you, together with the operations manager and other managers, drive development forward and create care that continuously improves for our patients in a good working environment. You work closely with medically responsible doctors (MLA) in shaping the operation as well as active and transparent work with deviations and improvement suggestions. In this work, there are also support functions such as care developers and coordinators for patient safety and medical technology. At the clinic, we support each other in our various tasks and work together for the entire operation. Through present and active leadership, you develop employees and create conditions for good performance and results. Shared leadership means joint decisions, close collaboration and leadership based on trust and complementary competencies. The position is a 3-year assignment as head of first line with a permanent position as a nurse. Qualifications Requirements: Licensed nurse Clinical work as a nurse for at least 5 years The position may involve travel, therefore a B driving license is required Meritorious: Further education in anesthesia or intensive care Completed management and/or leadership training Experience in a management position within Healthcare Completed occupational health training Experience of clinical work in operating room, anesthesia or intensive care Personal Qualities: We are looking for a confident and engaged manager with a genuine interest in leadership and operational development. You function as a stable pillar of support in occupational health work and have the ability to both lead and delegate work in a professional and trustworthy manner.
