You must have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. You will be part of a large team of dedicated, positive assistants who all work toward common goals for the client's continued development. You will work according to clearly established routines and implementation plans regarding all aspects of daily life. As a candidate, you should be mature in how you handle different situations, both challenging and less demanding ones. Good patience, humor, understanding, and initiative are very important for the client.
