We are seeking personal assistants for an 18-year-old man living in a villa in Torshälla with his family and dog. Currently, shifts are scheduled for afternoons/evenings and nights (including on-call nights) as well as weekends. During summer, around the clock. The client leads an active lifestyle and would appreciate assistants who enjoy the gym, travel, and have an interest in computers. We are looking for someone who is: Self-assured, attentive, punctual, flexible, proactive, and has a genuine interest in your work. The client appreciates assistants who are direct and clear in their communication, both verbally and through body language. Good physical fitness/strength is important as there will be some transfers involved. The work is based on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity. Humor, understanding, and taking own initiative are important to the client. Experience in personal assistance and care is a plus, but personal suitability will be weighted most heavily. The client prefers male applicants. You must be a non-smoker. Speak fluent Swedish. Individual salary negotiation. Monthly or hourly wage. Collective agreement applies.
