His mood can shift quickly, and as a personal assistant, you need to be alert to quickly and smoothly redirect frustration. During the day, the boy attends school without his personal assistant. After school, work is mostly conducted at home with the boy and his family, which is why it is important that you communicate well, have a respectful manner, and possess good empathetic abilities. The boy is fed primarily through a feeding tube and requires supervision due to severe epilepsy. The work is based on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity.
