Department Head of Real Estate Cultural Property (Investment Department) based in Prague Job Responsibilities: • Leading the real estate cultural property department, which primarily manages investment construction projects within the organization's scope • Strategic oversight of the department when managing projects financed from grant programs, particularly SMVS (State Property Management) from the Ministry of Culture, and EU programs (OPŽP, IROP, OPST), Norwegian Funds, etc. • Developing maintenance and building renovation concepts in collaboration with heritage site managers - castellans • Administrative work related to obtaining and utilizing grants and subsidies for project financing • Managing investor activities for individual renovation projects on assigned properties • Organizing procurement tenders for contractors/suppliers (projects, construction implementation, etc.) • Organizing procurement tenders for mandate holders (TDS, BOZP) • Preparing documentation for contract negotiations and monitoring contractual relationships • Communication with state administration bodies in the field of construction activities and heritage preservation • Processing requests for binding opinions, reporting emergencies, notifying the Archaeological Institute of construction activities, etc. Requirements: • University degree in construction, economics, law, or public administration • Organizational skills and teamwork mindset • Experience managing a work team • Knowledge of public procurement law, building code, state heritage protection law, Czech Republic property law, and administrative procedures • PC proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Group B driver's license (active driver) • Independence, responsibility, initiative, and attention to detail • Clean criminal and moral record (verified by criminal record extract before employment) Advantages: • Experience with NEN electronic marketplace • Experience with administration in state organizations • Knowledge of construction budgets and documentation • Familiarity with EU grant programs Expected oral interview date: February 26, 2026; selection process location: Prague.
