Nilaskolan is Malå Municipality's only school and houses all education from preschool class through adult education. Nilaskolan is preparing for primary school to become 10 years long from 2028 and therefore has a four-year lower primary section and hires teachers from preschool class. Nilaskolan is a small school with high staff density, small student groups, and a strong focus on collegial learning. Here, teachers work closely with each other and with students, in an environment characterized by commitment, security, and shared responsibility for the quality of instruction. We are now looking for a teacher who wants to be part of developing our school together with us. Duties The duties of staff include planning, leading, developing, and conducting instruction as well as making adaptations so that it stimulates and challenges students' curiosity, development, and learning. Security and working peace are an important part of the school's values. We work in work teams and sometimes in subject teams. Qualifications You are a certified primary school teacher. You should have good collaborative skills, be flexible, and have pedagogical insight as well as the ability to build good relationships with our students. We appreciate that you as a person are clear, organized, creative, and have good communication skills. Digital competence is a requirement for working with us. Flexibility, collaborative skills, and commitment are important qualities. Collaboration with after-school activities is included. Terms Full-time, permanent if required decisions are made; probationary employment may be relevant.
