You'll be responsible for three of Optimera Svenska AB's six regions and combine strategic and operational HR work. The role involves supporting managers in their daily work, driving development and change, and translating business goals into value-creating HR initiatives. An important part of your assignment is also to develop our data-driven HR work. You'll help build processes, analyses, and decision support by using HR data and key metrics to identify trends and contribute to business decisions that strengthen both the business and our employees.
