Working Hours: Varying day/evening/night/weekend shifts Work Location: Malmö / Landskrona Duration: On-call employment, indefinite Start Date: As soon as possible Qualifications: We are looking for someone who is already trained as a security guard (VU1 and VU2), who is security-conscious, service-oriented, stress-resilient, with inner confidence and a natural drive to help. As a mobile security guard, your primary responsibility is to provide safety to our customers by protecting property and buildings against fire, theft, and damage. You will handle alarm systems and report using a digital patrol information system. As a security guard, you will work both indoors and outdoors, primarily during nighttime hours. You will conduct security inspections at our customers' locations, ensure alarms are activated, windows are closed, etc. It is also your responsibility to ensure that no unauthorized persons are present in our customers' operations and facilities. The work involves several technical surveillance tools, which requires you to have good computer skills and be proficient with all programs in the Office suite. Additional tasks may include administrative reception work, stationary surveillance, and entry/exit control of visitors and suppliers. It is crucial that you can communicate both internally and externally, and that you can identify and meet our customers' needs with a willingness to learn and develop with us and the customer. General Requirements: - Upper secondary education - Fluent Swedish (spoken and written) - Very good English (spoken and written) - Strong communication skills - Good health and physical fitness - Drug-free - Good financial standing - Class B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles For this position, you must already have: - Security guard training (VU1 + VU2) Meritorious qualifications include 2-4 years of experience in the security industry, technical knowledge, experience with independent work, previous security work, and education/competence in facility management. We offer a salary according to the collective agreement between Säkerhetsföretagen and Svenska Transportarbetarförbundet. As a security-classified company, we conduct security clearance with background checks according to the Security Protection Act. An on-call employment is a form of employment that can generate many work shifts and hours per month, but there may also be fewer hours depending on needs.
