About the Skarvik facility Our Skarvik facility specializes in the handling of hazardous waste and is an important part of Stena Recycling's operations. Here we work with the receipt, storage, and treatment of hazardous waste as well as processes such as water purification and waste oil regeneration. The operations are complex and impose high demands on safety, quality, and precision in all aspects. About the role As a production worker with us, you work with the handling and treatment of hazardous waste. The role is practical and varied, where you work in different parts of the process, such as water purification, oil receipt, and solvent handling. Your work is based on the material that comes into the facility, where you are responsible for receiving, identifying, sampling, and classifying material as well as determining how it should be handled further. You work both independently and together with your team to ensure safe and efficient operations.
