The service has a well-developed outpatient clinic that includes a memory clinic, mobile team, and memory health services. There is also a unit for clinical drug trials. Research and education are conducted in collaboration with Lund University. We work closely with primary care, municipal services, and other specialist units at Skåne University Hospital (Sus). The curator group currently consists of six curators, and the unit also employs occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and psychologists. Together, we work with the memory clinic in multidisciplinary teams. The unit conducts in-depth assessments, evaluations, and interventions for memory clinic patients—individuals with acquired cognitive impairment. At memory health, we lead and participate in development work and research studies that benefit patients with suspected or diagnosed cognitive disease and/or their next of kin. We are a unit that operates in close collaboration with other units within the service, which means our curator group works holistically and supports each other as a profession. 1 position(s). DUTIES The curator is part of a multiprofessional team focused on patients and their next of kin. With your psychosocial expertise, you contribute to a holistic perspective on the patient based on physical, psychological, social, and existential factors.
