What you will do As an Automation Engineer at Rebl, you will play a key role in transforming advanced robotics and automation technology into reliable, high-performing industrial solutions. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with PLC programming, system integration, testing, commissioning, and optimization of deployed automation systems. A large part of your work will take place on-site at customer facilities, where you will install, configure, and fine-tune our robotic and automation solutions in real production environments. You will be involved throughout the entire lifecycle from assembly and implementation to troubleshooting, commissioning, and continuous improvements. But at times also challenging and hectic, though we always have each other's backs and work as a tight team. Time flies by quickly, we have a lot to do primarily during lunch. We're open every day of the week and the schedule is mixed between weekdays and weekends. However, never early mornings or late evenings. With us, everyone does everything! We serve salads, wraps, and coffee. The job also includes light cleaning and dishwashing tasks. We work very closely together and become almost like friends, so you need to enjoy that dynamic. The days go fast, it's high-paced and it's also very fun and educational. A great workplace to grow socially as a person. The position is located at our office in Högsbo, Gothenburg, and you will report to the Accounting Manager Nordic. Your responsibilities In this role, you will work with: Ongoing bookkeeping and accounting administration Recording and handling of invoices Payments and monitoring of payment flows Account reconciliations and simple closing work Monitoring of customer receivables and overdue invoices Reminders and communication with customers regarding payments Credit administration and simple credit assessments Administration related to customers and suppliers in the Nordic region Preparing underlying documents and reports for the accounting department Support in monthly and annual closing Other administrative tasks within accounting and Finance The role can also develop over time and provide the opportunity to take on greater responsibility in areas such as reporting, analysis and controlling. Who are you? We are looking for you who have post-secondary education in accounting and preferably a few years of experience in accounting administration, bookkeeping or a similar role. You don't need to know everything from the start—the most important thing is that you have a solid foundation in accounting, are curious, inquisitive and want to continue developing. We believe you have: Experience with ongoing accounting work and administration Good understanding of accounts receivable and accounting processes Good skills in Excel Experience with accounting systems, preferably SAP Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written It is a merit if you have experience working with Norway or other Nordic operations Personal Qualities You are thorough, structured and service-oriented.
