Carry out all other duties required to successfully deliver the electrical package. Requirements: Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. Minimum 5+ years' relevant experience in the construction industry, ideally within a main contracting environment. Experience working on large-scale projects — preferably in data centres or high-tech industrial sectors. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and planning processes. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Asta Powerproject; experience with BIM and digital construction tools is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM). Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with understanding of programming techniques and typical production rates. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex planning information clearly. Ability to work to tight and sometimes challenging deadlines.
