With us, it is just as important how you want to work as how long you have been doing it. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Development and education We want you to feel safe in your role and continue to develop over time. Therefore, we offer: - Individually customized orientation (4-5 weeks) - Frequent follow-ups with the unit manager - Support from senior nurse in daily work - Regular internal training in medicine and care - Clinical foundation year for newly graduated nurses - Simulator training and cross-organizational learning Development with us is not a project on the side – it is part of everyday work.
