Mistr staveb / stavbyvedoucí – pokládka optických sítí (zkrácený úvazek), Teplicko a Ústecko Stavíme optické sítě v severních Čechách od roku 2013 a hledáme člověka, který umí vést stavbu a lidi na ní. Nemusí být z našeho oboru – pokládku kabelů ho naučíme. Potřebujeme někoho, kdo má za sebou roky praxe na stavbách, umí zorganizovat pracovní den, a když ráno vypadne subdodavatel, stavbu nezastaví, ale práci operativně přeskládá. Co budete dělat: - řídit výkopové práce a pokládku kabelů (především optických) na stavbách v okresech Teplice a Ústí nad Labem; - organizovat denní práci vlastních čet a subdodavatelů, při výpadku subdodávky operativně přeplánovat práce, aby stavba nestála; - vést stavební deník a fotodokumentaci, hlídat harmonogram, kvalitu a bezpečnost práce – vše elektronicky v našem interním systému, žádné papírování; - zajišťovat dopravní značení výkopů, zábory a vstupy do komunikací, jednat s městy, úřady a správci sítí o povoleních; - komunikovat s investorem a technickým dozorem. Co od vás potřebujeme: - víceletou praxi s vedením staveb nebo pracovních čet (mistr, stavbyvedoucí, vedoucí čety) – stavební obor nerozhoduje; - zkušenost se zemními či inženýrskými pracemi velkou výhodou (dopravní značení výkopů, zábory, povolování u měst a úřadů); - spolehlivost, dochvilnost, samostatnost – schopnost řídit lidi a rychle reagovat na změny; - řidičský průkaz skupiny B – podmínka (denní přejezdy mezi stavbami); - běžnou práci s telefonem a počítačem – hlášení i dokumentaci vedeme elektronicky; - autorizaci ČKAIT vítáme, není podmínkou – odborné vedení staveb máme zajištěno.
