The role of personal assistant demands a strong ability to build good relationships. We are looking for someone who is calm, patient, and attentive. Since the client's speech can sometimes be unclear, it is crucial that you can listen actively, remain calm internally, and give her the time she needs to respond. You also need the ability to read her and sense when she is too tired to talk. It is also important that you are engaged, can take your own initiative, and see what needs to be done in the home.
