We're looking for someone who: • Wants to work approximately 30% (2–3 weekday afternoons/evenings plus 1–2 weekend days every other week) • Has good physical fitness and can handle lifting and transfers • Is responsible and responsive • Is creative and playful • Is a non-smoker It's a plus if you have: • Experience working as a personal assistant or with children with disabilities • Experience with small children (0–3 years) • Knowledge of TAKK or other AAC • Experience with horses or dogs • A driver's license and the ability to drive to activities Great weight is placed on personal suitability.
