As a personal assistant, you will primarily help the customer with everything that comes up in daily life and with basic needs. Each assistance arrangement is uniquely tailored to the customer's life, so work tasks may vary depending on the workplace. The customer is a man in his 30s with interests in, among other things, IT/technology, outdoor activities, cooking, and he also has a slight interest in plants. Humor and irony are important to him. Working Hours, Employment Level, and Salary The current employment arrangement is "for as long as the assistance assignment lasts." We are seeking two people for shift schedules with employment levels of approximately 48% and 73% respectively. Working hours are structured as 24-hour shifts from 08:00–08:00 with standby time of approximately 6 hours at night. Fixed hourly pay by agreement and other compensation according to collective agreement. Start date immediately or by agreement. We are now looking for three motivated and happy assistants for his team! He needs lots of stimulation, play, and training in his daily life. The client has no verbal speech, which makes communication and your ability to create contact a very important part of the work. You need to be able to work on the floor and work actively with him during play and physical training. Some manual transfers occur, but lifting aids are available. For the right person, there is also an opportunity to develop in a role as a team leader for the assistant group. Who Are You?
