About the Position Personal assistance is a service under LSS (the Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Disabilities). As a personal assistant, you will primarily help the customer with everything that comes up in daily life and with basic needs. Each assistance arrangement is uniquely tailored to the customer's life, so work tasks may vary depending on the workplace. The customer is a man in his 30s with interests in, among other things, IT/technology, outdoor activities, cooking, and he also has a slight interest in plants. Humor and irony are important to him. Who Are You? The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We therefore seek someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you as an assistant and the customer. We are now seeking someone who meets the following criteria: wants to work with a man in his 30s living in Laxå has good knowledge of Swedish has a valid category B driver's license is non-smoking during working hours has good physical fitness and can perform lifting and moving tasks at work For the position, it is advantageous if you: have experience in similar work share the customer's interests Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Working Hours, Employment Level, and Salary The current employment arrangement is "for as long as the assistance assignment lasts." We are seeking two people for shift schedules with employment levels of approximately 48% and 73% respectively. Working hours are structured as 24-hour shifts from 08:00–08:00 with standby time of approximately 6 hours at night. Fixed hourly pay by agreement and other compensation according to collective agreement. Start date immediately or by agreement.
