We welcome your application! 3 position(s). JOB DUTIES Are you looking for a meaningful job where you make a difference in people's everyday lives? We are now looking for hourly personal assistants who can work as needed with several of our customers in Landskrona. As a personal assistant, you work closely with people with various disabilities. You provide personal support in daily life, from personal care and household tasks to accompanying clients on leisure activities and providing support in social settings. The workplace is wherever the customer is located, which means you work in their home but also in other environments. Some customers have pets and smoking may occur at some locations. You will work with several different customers and be part of different assistant teams with experienced colleagues. This provides security and continuity for the customer and great opportunities to learn more about and develop in the role of personal assistant. This requires you as a person to be flexible and comfortable with variety and changes. Working as an hourly employee is based on you entering your available time in our system and being booked for work shifts based on customer needs. It is therefore important that you are positively inclined toward this way of working. It requires responsibility in making your available time known and the ability to communicate and be solution-oriented. QUALIFICATIONS Requirements: • Available for 2-4 work shifts per week and can take shifts with short notice. • Can work shifts scheduled at all hours of the day (day, evening, night shifts, and weekends). Shift lengths vary from 5 to 20 hours. • Confident in yourself, comfortable working independently, and can quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks at different customers' homes • Very good Swedish in speech and writing • Work with digital systems as a natural part of your work • Physically able and can perform activities such as swimming, cycling, and movement in nature Meritorious: • Education and/or work experience in care and support or educational activities Salary form: Hourly wage. We are now looking for an open, cheerful, and positive assistant for a 20-year-old girl in Kävlinge. You'll become part of a small and dedicated work team of important people who ensure that she can live an active, joyful, and meaningful life. You should be female. With us, you'll receive on-site introduction and training until you feel comfortable with the work. JOB DUTIES As a personal assistant in this role, you will work to create a safe and structured daily life for our customer, a middle-aged woman with autism living in Landskrona. The customer's disability involves difficulties with language and communication as well as mental health, which requires that you as an assistant are responsive and attentive to the customer's well-being and expressions, and have the ability to adapt your own way of communicating and providing support. The assistant team works according to an established pedagogical approach. The work involves providing support in daily routines such as personal care, household tasks, participation in day activities, and leisure activities such as nature walks, swimming, cycling, board games, and singing. You will also provide support in social situations and contribute to an active and meaningful life. You will work together with a team of four personal assistants where dual assistance occurs. Social documentation and time reporting are carried out in our digital systems as a natural part of the work. The position involves a schedule equivalent to 40% where scheduled work shifts are 12:15–17:00, two to four shifts per week. Work shifts are scheduled on weekdays and every other weekend; there may also be shifts from 9–20 or 20–09 with on-call sleeping duty. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is calm and confident in yourself, who enjoys working in someone's home and providing personal support. You have experience and/or knowledge of NPF/autism and pedagogical methods, or have the ability to learn. You see your work as a personal assistant as long-term and are committed to ensuring the customer experiences safety, joy, and quality in the service. You are physically able and enjoy participating together with and have the ability to support the customer in activities such as swimming, cycling, and moving through forest and nature. It is a great advantage if you can sing/play an instrument, as this is an interest of the customer. Pets are present in the customer's vicinity, which means you cannot have any allergies.
