If the work involves services for children, you must submit an extract from the criminal and suspicion register, which we keep for 2 years, in accordance with current legislation.
We are now looking for an open, cheerful, and positive assistant for a 20-year-old girl in Kävlinge. You'll become part of a small and dedicated work team of important people who ensure that she can live an active, joyful, and meaningful life.
You should be female. Previous experience in personal assistance, school/preschool, or other work with children/youth is a merit but not required. With us, you'll receive on-site introduction and training until you feel comfortable with the work. The girl has dual assistance, so you'll never work alone but have support from a colleague or support assistant/support educator when the girl might attend a day activity center. This means your workplace might be based at the day activity center in the fall, but the focus is on our girl.
We're looking for a warm and secure assistant to start with us in August. The position is a temporary assignment corresponding to approximately 40%, and there's a good chance it will become a permanent position later. Work shifts occur during weekdays (daytime/evening) and every other weekend. As an assistant, your tasks include everything from personal hygiene and care to communication, training, and activities.
The family lives within walking distance of Kävlinge train station, so public commuting is no problem!

I'm a cheerful 20-year-old girl living with my family in Kävlinge. I'm looking for you – someone who is secure, warm, and considerate. With me, you'll have the opportunity to really make a difference and help me develop as much as possible!
You need to be comfortable in the water, and it's a requirement that you be able to swim since swimming is one of my biggest interests! Plus, I love riding, so for that simple reason, you shouldn't be afraid of horses either.
On weekdays, it's full of riding, swimming, music therapy, and training. I love being outdoors and my daily walks.
On weekends and holidays, I like doing fun activities and going on outings. As my assistant, you have a say in my daily life and help me live an active life, which I really appreciate. Music is my passion – I love listening to music and I play several different instruments. You don't need to be musically skilled, but you're welcome to enjoy joking around and singing with me.
I'm very curious by nature and like when things happen – life with me won't be boring!
We'd appreciate it if you're flexible and have a good work ethic. In my assistance team, we help each other, and it's important to give and take. We're a fun and wonderful group who create many fun (and unforgettable) memories together!
