As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to people who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. About the Position The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is active, attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative, be resourceful, and see what needs to be done. We are now looking for someone who matches the following: wants to work with our active male client in his mid-60s living in central Trollhättan has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written has good physical fitness and experience with patient transfers has a car and driver's license has the ability to work in another location It is also an advantage if you: have experience from similar work in healthcare/care services are active and share the client's interests in training & stretching can swim Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. Work Hours, Employment Level, and Salary: The current employment form is "as long as employment continues" with 24-hour shifts running between 08:00-08:00, standby time between 22:30-02:00 and 02:24-06:45, and occasional day shifts and night shifts (8-hour standby) according to the schedule below. The employment level is 67.5% excluding standby time. During the day, you will assist him at his job. You are someone who is calm, present, with a sense of humor, and who understands that you will sometimes need to stay in the background. His disability means you will be his arms and legs in various situations, but he leads and plans his assistance himself. As his assistant, you will help with personal care, transfers, household chores, and other activities. Being smoke-free and having a driver's license is a requirement as driving his car is part of the job. To commute to and from work, you will also need access to your own car.
