About the Assignment We are now recruiting hourly client coaches for FrySiS and the Prison Service Assignment – two of Fryshuset's activities that support young people placed within SiS and the Prison Service. As a client coach, you meet young people in vulnerable life situations and provide support, guidance and motivation to create conditions for positive change. The assignment includes among other things: Visit young people at SiS institutions, detention facilities and prisons Conduct meetings with young people in aftercare/after release Conduct individual support and motivation conversations Hold group meetings and information initiatives Work in teams and collaborate on case processes Cooperate with authorities and other stakeholders around the young person Document and follow up interventions The work takes place both independently and together with colleagues within FrySiS national network and the Prison Service Assignment Malmö respectively.
